Refund Policy
Effective 13 August 2026 · India
Every AXAON invoice separates our professional fee from government and statutory charges. This policy covers when each is refundable and how a refund is processed.
01Government and statutory charges
Government fees, stamp duty, challans and similar statutory payments are collected at actuals and paid onward to the authority concerned. Once paid to a government portal they are non-refundable by AXAON, because the authority does not return them to us. Where a statutory payment has not yet been made, it is refunded in full.
02Professional fees
- Before work begins — cancel any time before we start and the professional fee is refunded in full.
- Work in progress— if you cancel after work has started, we refund the fee less the portion of work already performed, assessed against the engagement’s stated stages and confirmed to you in writing.
- After filing or delivery — once a filing has been submitted to a government portal, or the deliverable has been handed over, the professional fee for that service is earned and non-refundable.
03When something goes wrong on our side
If a service cannot be completed because of an error or omission by AXAON, we will first offer to re-perform the work at no cost. If re-performance is not possible or not acceptable to you, we refund the professional fee for that service in full. Government charges already paid onward remain subject to the section above.
04What is never grounds for a refund
- Rejection or delay by a government authority despite a correctly prepared filing.
- Delay caused by late or incorrect information, documents or signatures from your side, after we asked for them in time.
- A change of mind after the deliverable has been provided or the filing submitted.
